摘要:简介：目前我们发现在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中，维生素D缺乏症发病率很高，并且一些临床表现和炎性因子水平升高有关。目的：为了评估SLE患者维生素D缺乏和炎性标志物之间的关系。方法：我们做了横断面研究，选取了45例SLE患者和24例正常人作为对照。25-羟维生素D[25（OH）D]水平低于30ng/mL就被视为含量不充足。系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数（SLEDAI）评估疾病活动度。我们通过对高灵敏度C反应蛋白（hsCRP）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的评估炎症状态。为评估肾脏损害，我们对异常元素和尿沉渣(AES)、定量血尿和脓尿、蛋白尿、24小时尿液的肌酐清除率及血清中的抗双链DNA进行分析。结果：在SLE患者和对照组中25（OH）D不足的发病率分别为55%和8％(P=0.)。患病组的25（OH）D中位数小于对照组。25(OH)D不足的患者IL-6的水平更高，AES中血尿的发生率也更高。无证据表明维生素D缺乏与SLEDAI指数或狼疮性肾炎有关。结论：在我们的研究中，维生素D缺乏在SLE患者中发生率更高，且与更高水平的IL-6和血尿有关。

Abstract:Introduction:NowadaysitisdescribedahighprevalenceofhypovitaminosisDinSystemicLupusErythematosus(SLE),whichisassociatedwithsomeclinicalmanifestationsandincreasedinflammatoryactivity.Objective:ToevaluatetheassociationbetweenvitaminDinsufficiencywithSLEandinflammatorymarkers.Methods:Cross-sectionalstudy,inwhichhavebeenevaluated45SLEpatientsand24controlswithoutthedisease.Levelsof25-hydroxyvitaminD[25(OH)D]lessthan30ng/mLwereconsideredinadequate.DiseaseactivitywasassessedbytheSystemicLupusErythematosusDiseaseActivityIndex(SLEDAI).HighsensitivityCreactiveprotein(hsCRP)andinterleukin-6(IL-6)wereevaluatedforverificationoftheinflammatorystatus.Forassessmentofrenalinvolvement,analysisofabnormalelementsandurinaysediment(AES),quantitativehematuriaandpyuria,proteinuriaandcreatinineclearancein24-hoururineandserumanti-doublestrandedDNAwereperformed.Results:Theprevalenceof25(OH)Dinsufficiencywas55%inSLEpatientsand8%inthecontrolsparticipants(p=0.).Themedianof25(OH)Dwaslowerinpatientsthanincontrols.Patientswithinsufficient25(OH)DhadhigherlevelsofIL-6andhigherprevalenceofhematuriaintheAES.TherewasnocorrelationbetweenvitaminDandSLEDAIorlupusnephritis.Conclusion:Inourstudy,vitaminDdeficiencywasmoreprevalentinpatientswithSLEandwasassociatedwithhigherlevelsofIL-6andhematuria.
